Please provide us with the following information when creating a support ticket:
- Are you playing in 2D or VR?
- Are you attempting to launch VR or the desktop version?
- Is this a one-time occurrence? More frequent? In which modes and which stage has this occurred?
- Include a video or screenshot of where the issue occurred if you’re able to.
