If your PC meets the system requirements, please include the following information in your request:
- Tetris Effect: Connected Game Version # (Can be found on the bottom left of title screen)
- DxDiag file (send attachment)
- Any screenshots or videos that would help us troubleshoot your issue
- PC Specs:

- Windows OS version
- GPU
- CPU
- Display monitor setup
- Controller you’re using (Mouse/Keyboard, gamepad) If the issue is related to the gamepad please also let us know the name of the model you are using.
- VR headset if the issue is VR-related
To Find the DxDiag File:
- Press the [Windows]+[R] keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command.
- In the “Run” command box, type in dxdiag and press Enter. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
- When DxDiag opens, check to see if there’s a button that says Run 64-bit DxDiag – if there is click it. * If that button doesn’t appear, move to step 5.
- You’ll see a green progress bar in the bottom-left of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window while the program is gathering information. When the progress bar disappears, it means your report is ready.
- Click on “Save all Information.”
- Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is. (Should be a text file.)
