If you have trouble running the game, these solutions may help:
- Check to see if your PC fits the minimum specs.
- Update graphics drivers and download the latest Windows update for your computer.
- Disable non-essential software which can affect performance of the game.
- Check if your anti-virus software is interfering with the game, specifically REZ.exe, Rez-infinite.exe, REZAX.exe, and REZAX-Win64-Shipping.exe.
- Try verifying your game cache files.
- Try one of these solutions if you have these GPU options:
- Nvidia control panel > manage 3D settings > and under "preferred graphics processor" selecting "high performance nvidia processor," then apply.
- Nvidia Panel Control > select REZ.exe to run with the dedicated GPU. (Please make sure it's the capitalized "REZ.exe" located under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rez Infinite\REZ)
- Check your video settings and find the best options for your PC.
- When playing Rez Infinite on a dual monitor on Desktop Mode with G-Sync enabled, you may experience latency. Please try disabling G-Sync on a dual monitor on Desktop Mode if you’re experiencing this.
- Try re-running the following installers:
- Re-install VCRedist, found in folder:
Steam\steamapps\common\Rez Infinite\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013\vcredist_x86.exe
Steam\steamapps\common\Rez Infinite\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2015\vcredist_x86.exe - Re-install DXSetup, found in folder:
Steam\steamapps\common\Rez Infinite\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\DXSETUP.exe - After re-installing all three, try running the game again.
